Atalaya will process the personal data of website users for the following purposes:
a) Regarding the “Find out about all the news” form to request the registration of the website user’s email to Atalaya’s newsletter:
Purpose 1: Sending Atalaya’s monthly newsletter for informational purposes.

Purpose 2: Sending communications about Atalaya’s events, conferences and training sessions
Legal basis legitimizing this processing: Atalaya’s legitimate interest in processing the subscriber’s data in order to maintain contact regarding the actions and events carried out by Atalaya or in which it collaborates, where, in addition, the data will be used based on the consent of the data subject, which may be withdrawn at any time.
b) Regarding the “Request your Demo” form to request information from Atalaya:
Purpose 1: Sending communications and establishing contact with any person interested in Atalaya’s activities, events, collaborations, etc.
Legal basis legitimizing this processing: the consent of the data subject, who is the one initiating the communication, which may be withdrawn at any time.
The personal data of data subjects will not be disclosed to recipients other than Atalaya, nor to any third parties, except for the general exceptions arising from any compliance requirements imposed on Atalaya by the competent authorities and bodies, to the extent necessary to fulfill legal obligations.
There are no international transfers outside the European Union.
Personal data will be retained as follows:
a) Regarding the “Find out about all the news” form to request the registration of the website user’s email to Atalaya’s newsletter: until the user requests the deletion of their data.
b) Regarding the “Request your Demo” form to request information from Atalaya: until the user requests the deletion of their data.
Website users may exercise their “habeas data” rights before Atalaya (access, rectification, objection, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, portability, the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, the right to information, etc.) regarding their data.

Protection against automated traffic (Cloudflare Turnstile)
This website uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security verification service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), in order to protect our contact, comment and registration forms against spam submissions and malicious automated traffic (bots).
To carry out this validation invisibly, the system automatically processes and collects various technical signals from the user’s device and browser (such as IP address, browser User-Agent, TLS Fingerprint, device environment telemetry, and necessary technical cookie configuration data), without performing advertising tracking or creating behavioral profiles.
The legal basis for this data processing is our legitimate interest in ensuring the security, availability and technical integrity of our website against abuse, cyberattacks and fraud, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
